Oh summer… The best part of the year. Time for hot days, cold drinks and vacations. And of course, summer vacations are usually somewhere warm where beach or pool is usually involved.
When you are plus size woman, summers are rather dreadful. Short skirts, dresses, shorts and finally swimsuits. Not a funny thing for a curvy woman. But lately, fashion industry is changing (slowly but surely) and they are changing their look at us big girls. Even the swimsuits for plus size girls are gotten quite cutter and stylish.
As you can see below, there is quite selection of plus size swimsuits under $100! Just because they are cute they do not have to cost you arm and leg. Am I right? So all you need to do is just click on the photos and shop for the fabulous summer.
Happy Monday my friends. Hope you all had a wonderful weekend.
I have never been a fan of pink color or the ruffles, but lately I am obsessed with both (go figure). But yet again, my fashion taste did changed quite a lot over the years. So when I saw this Addition Elle blouse I was in love. Pink and ruffles. Perfect combination.
This blouse can easily be worn in a combination for work, or date night or in a casual form for a coffee date with your friends or a brunch (brunch is always a good idea).
As you can see, this time I did go with pink ruffles and fringe jeans combination. I think it gives you just a perfect amount of girly and edgy in one outfit. Don’t you think so?
Do you have any items that you hated growing up, but that you cannot resist today? Let me know in the comments.
Happiness is not expensive, and that is for sure. For me, it can be a girls night out with some tacos and tequila or a simple statement shirt white pants outfit combination. I know, I am so simple, am I?
But it is true. When you think about it, the smallest, most inexpensive (mostly free) things in life are the ones that brings us the most happiness. Your child’s laughter, first kiss, or rainbow after the rain.
In today’s world, we do run after all the things that we think will bring us happiness, and most often neglect to nourish and enjoy those sweet little moments. So today, stop and smell those flowers (in full sense of the word) and smile. Problems will still be there, so take your time for a moment of happiness.
I love white shirts. Crispy, white and perfect shirts. They are the best piece you could have in your wardrobe. I have more than a couple of them in mine, that is for sure.
But this white embroidery shirt from Zara is currently my favourite. It is simple enough to be worn with a jeans, but amazing enough to be dressed up and worn for date night. Don’t you think?
I just love it. It is a perfect combination of the classic white shirt and the embroidery trend that is going on so strong right now. Not to mention when styled like this, with wide leg pants and gold belt it does remind me of Dolce and Gabbana inspiration of Italian ladies. Am I right?
Oh stripes, they get me every time! Actually, stripes and distressed boyfriend jeans. And those two in the combination is what my perfect everyday comfy outfit. After all, comfort is what is the most important (ok, and cuteness) in the any outfit for us to feel confident. Am I right?
I mean, I have suffered for fashion (who hasn’t?), but the best outfits are the ones that we feel comfortable in. The ones that we feel like ourselves in it. Right?
And for me that usually involves some comfy boyfriend jeans and some stripes. And for this outfit, this stripe shirt with bell sleeves (it’s actually a dress) matched like a match made in heaven with my favourite (like you haven’t noticed) Lane Bryant boyfriend jeans. This outfit is pure me (except the hair…that is mess).
